Is there a minimum order quantity?
Enter the quantity you need on the product page. Minimum quantities and production options depend on the product and customisation, and are confirmed with your quote.
How are prices and delivery confirmed?
Pricing depends on the selected items, quantity, materials and branding. Include your target date and delivery location in your brief so availability, timing and delivery arrangements can be discussed.
What should I send for branding?
Describe your colours, logo placement and personalisation in the product notes. Attach your logo, artwork or name list to the enquiry email; final artwork requirements are confirmed for the chosen branding method.
Can I enquire before choosing products?
Yes. Use Get a quote to describe what you need, who it is for and your approximate quantity. You can prepare an enquiry without adding products to the basket.
Does submitting the form send my enquiry?
The form prepares an enquiry for you to review. Open your email app and send it, or download the summary and attach it to an email to info@commerx.qa. No order is placed and no payment is taken on this site.
