This policy explains how COMMERX, Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar, collects and uses personal information when you browse this website or send us an enquiry.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company or team, email address, phone number, target date, the products and options you selected, and any notes, artwork or files you send.
Your enquiry basket is stored in your own browser so it stays there between visits. It is not sent to us until you send your enquiry.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quotation and answer your questions.
- To produce and deliver your order once you confirm it.
- To keep records of quotes and orders, as required for accounting.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with the people who help us fulfil your order, such as production partners and delivery companies. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those services also process your message under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
In line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to its use. Email info@commerx.qa and we will respond.
